Salsa has captured the world by storm While its origin might still be controversial, Salsa is alive and keeps changing and developing, while attracting more and more aficionados. Salsa schools are flourishing in all continents and salsa clubs and competitions are very popular all over the world. The 1st International Salsa Congress (1.I.S.C.) will be the first event of its kind ever hosted in Cuba, the country that has undoubtedly contributed the most to this genre. During three days, salsa artists, promoters and aficionados from all over the world will meet in Havana, to enjoy, learn and show the richness and uniqueness of this dance style and music. This event will bring international participants closer to the roots and the history of Salsa in Cuba.
